About CodeKhoj

CodeKhoj (“code search”) is a small lookup for the codes people in India copy onto forms every week: pincodes, IFSC codes and MICR codes.

Why it exists

Pincode and IFSC lookups are everywhere, but it is often hard to tell where a result came from or how old it is. CodeKhoj is built to answer only from two named official lists and to say, next to every answer, which list and which version it used. When a list is not loaded, it says so instead of guessing; the data sources page shows what is loaded now.

Who it is for

Adults filling in addresses and payment details: people sending parcels, setting up a payee, checking a cheque, or completing an application. It is a general-audience site and is not designed for children.

Who publishes it

CodeKhoj is published by ISHAA ESPORTS AND MOTORSPORTS LLP. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by India Post (Department of Posts), the Reserve Bank of India or any bank.

How the content is made

Researched and drafted with AI assistance, checked against the sources cited on each page; publisher review recorded in our corrections log.

The search data comes only from the official lists described on data sources and licence. The guides restate the publishers' own descriptions in plain language and cite them. The corrections log is on the contact page.

What it costs you

Nothing. There are no accounts, no advertising and no analytics on CodeKhoj at present. If that changes, the privacy page will change with it, before anything goes live.
